We want you to love your purchase from THE SASSY GAY STORE. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Digital downloads

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

How to Start a Return

Email us at SASSYGAYSTORE@GMAIL.COM with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
